BACKGROUND
Carved press is a technique
to make decoration on the surface of a metal plate by using a tool called
sodet. The tool commonly used for carving press is made from cow or buffalo
horn material that has been formed according to the needs of a carved press. if
the horn is hard to come by, you can use bamboo or wood.
Designing metal carving products of press engraving
techniques is also often subject to the term 'design', in this case the design
of some of the drawings is designed early in making a product.

STEPS
1.
The
first ,The metal plate is cut by increasing the circumference size 10 mm wider
than the pattern image.

The
second ,Prepared image patterns that will be carved press.

third ,Paste the pattern image onto the copper metal plate with a size of 0.2
mm.

Next
,Carve the principal lines with tweezers following the work drawing.
